Key Points for NY Defensive Driving: 

1. You have 24 days from the time you first register (whether you've paid or not) to complete the course 

2. You cannot stop in the middle of any module or it will make you do that one again (this includes the videos). Wait until      each module is complete before saving and signing out (IE 1a, etc) 

3. There are module questions which are timed at the end of some of the modules.

4. There are random, non-related questions throughout the modules to make sure you are still there. IE: do you have a dog?

eLearning CourseThe AHA’s Acute Stroke Online Course has been updated to reflect science from the 2015 AHA Guidelines Update for CPR and ECC and the new 2015 AHA/ASA Focused Update of the 2013 Guidelines for the Early Management of Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke Regarding Endovascular Treatment: a Guideline for Healthcare Professionals from the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association.

This web-based, interactive course provides training on the symptoms, diagnosis, and management of ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke and complications of stroke. Course content is based on information from the AHA’s ACLS EP Manual and Resource Text, covering treatment from the field to the emergency department, as well as critical care and                                    rehabilitation.
